Do I need experience using generative AI?

No. The session will be relevant to organizations at different stages, although it will be particularly useful for teams already experimenting with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar tools.

Will this be a technical session?

No technical background is required. The discussion will focus on practical business use, team capability and the factors that influence the quality and consistency of AI-generated work.

Who will lead the webinar?

The session will be led by Majd Karam, a Senior Management Consultant at Stratford with experience in business analysis, digital transformation, data analysis and user-focused workshops. Majd is currently completing her PhD in Digital Transformation and Innovation. She also holds an MBA from the Telfer School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
